The Story of Our Website

Not a day goes by that someone doesn’t say to us, “I’d like to buy one of those foreclosure bargains! How do I buy one? How do I find them?” Then there’s the question, “What exactly is a short sale?” We decided it was time to put together all of our research and on-the-ground experience in one informational website and pass it along to you. So here it is, answers to those frequently asked questions, plus a place to search online for all LOCAL distressed properties listed for sale. Sure, there are other broad-based websites out there that allow you to search for foreclosures and defaults, but this site is free, local, requires no log-in, and was created by two Realtors (us!) who work daily in the greater Santa Barbara area.

We always enjoy sharing information with the public, and now we can easily direct buyers to this site when they have questions about foreclosures and short sales. Of course, we also want your business! This is our livelihood and we take pride in doing an excellent job for our clients.
